Safety Check

Recently some small pieces of suspected asbestos was unearthed in the school grounds.

To ensure the safety of all students, staff and parents, the Department of Education will have a qualified specialist team checking the school playground over the weekend. They will be taking precautions and wearing appropriate clothing.

Following this check, if there is any area of concern the school community will be notified.

Please be rest assured that the school and the Department of Education will do everything required to ensure a safe learning and working environment for students, staff and parents.
